Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent protections.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for legitimate business purposes or as required by law. When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
