You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use Crenors Cloud. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

You agree not to use our services for unlawful, abusive, harmful, or fraudulent activities. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination.
3. Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable and uninterrupted services. However, Crenors Cloud does not guarantee continuous availability. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Fees and Payments
Certain services require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the selected plan. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Pricing may change with reasonable notice.
5. User Content and Data
You retain ownership of the content and data you upload or host. By using our services, you grant Crenors Cloud a limited license to store, process, transmit, and backup such data solely for providing services.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in Crenors Cloud services, software, branding, and website content remain the exclusive property of Crenors Cloud.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crenors Cloud shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms our services or other users.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
